Augusto Aday - Owner and Builder

Augusto Aday is the owner and founder of Prosperity Quality Services Inc, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction and development. Throughout his career, Mr. Aday has built a reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship, dependable project execution, and long-term value across residential projects. With extensive expertise in construction management, property development, and operational oversight, he has successfully led projects from concept to completion.

In December 2020, Mr. Aday relocated to Panama City. Recognizing the significant growth and rebuilding opportunities within the community, he quickly established his presence in the local market. With strategic vision and determination, he expanded his operations to serve the increasing demand for reliable construction and development services in the area.

Gabriela T Betancourt - CFO and Property Manager

Gabriela T. Betancourt holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and serves as the CFO of Prosperity Quality Services Inc. With over 12 years of experience in accounting, she manages the financial operations of multiple companies with precision and integrity.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Gabriela is a property owner and manager of multiple properties, working one-on-one with tenants and personally overseeing the rental and leasing process. Her hands-on approach ensures clear communication, strong financial management, and exceptional service.

Jesus Sabino - Maintenance Supervisor

Jesus Sabino brings over 12 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked alongside Mr. Aday for the past 9 years in Prosperity Quality Services Inc. He leads a dedicated maintenance crew and oversees the upkeep of all properties, ensuring that tenant requests are addressed promptly and that every issue is resolved efficiently.

In addition to property maintenance, Mr. Sabino, Augusto Aday and their team build the homes that are being managed by the company, bringing quality craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail to every project. His leadership, experience, and commitment to excellence play a key role in maintaining high standards across all properties and construction projects.

Maleja Schumpert - Permitting and Property Manager Assistant

Maleja Schumpert is a Property Manager Assistant specializing in property management and construction coordination. She earned her degree in International Business in 2021 and completed Marketing and Social Media studies at Hudson County Community College.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she oversees leasing, manages office operations, supports residents, and coordinates permitting for new construction projects with Prosperity Quality Services Inc.
